Martha Bernstein (JER) is known through the Commonwealth as the Organiser of the 2009 Commonwealth Veteran’s Fencing Championships. Martha has fantastic knowledge of tourism on the island as a former hotel and restaurant operator. Both her children are active fencers, her son Jonathan represented Jersey at the Commonwealth Junior Championships in Malaysia. Martha is a member of the CFF Technical Commission.
	David Baker (AUS) is an FIE Referee and former Junior Commonwealth athlete and has lived in London for the last 4 years. He has recently refereed at the 2010 Senior World Championships in Paris and the 2010 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore. David has been assisting Jersey with local competitions and refereeing for the past 3 years.
	Steve Cooke (JER) is the Immediate Past President of Jersey Fencing and was involved in running the 2009 Commonwealth Veteran’s Fencing Championships. A sabre fencer, he has represented Jersey at Commonwealth level.
